Each character page lists the sizes made for that Pal, and most run true to standard kids' and youth sizing. If your kid is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up -- these are meant to be worn and washed a lot.

Materials vary slightly by product since everything is made to order -- check the specific product page for exact fabric details before you buy.

Production takes 3-5 business days before anything ships, and domestic delivery adds another 5-8 business days on top of that. Most orders arrive within roughly 8-13 business days total. See the Shipping page for full details.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Exact shipping options and cost show up at checkout once you enter your address.

Since everything is made to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns -- but damaged, misprinted, or wrong items are always replaced or refunded free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on the Returns page.

Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days to appear back on your original payment method.

Yes -- orders over $50.00 ship free, automatically. No code needed.

Since production starts quickly after an order is placed, we can only change or cancel an order within a short window before it enters production. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll do what we can.

You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, you can also check order status any time from your order history.
