Who we are

PXLKID is an independent, sole-proprietor business based in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, why we collect it, and how it’s used.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect:

• Name, email address, and shipping/billing address
• Order details (items purchased, sizes, quantities)
• Payment information -- processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number ourselves

If you sign in with an account (powered by Clerk), we store your account email and a link between your account and your order history. If you contact us, we store the message you send and the email address you provide so we can reply.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell your personal information to anyone. We share only what’s necessary to run the store, with these service providers:

• Stripe -- processes your payment. See Stripe’s own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Printify -- our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We share your name and shipping address with them so your order can be printed and shipped.
• Clerk -- manages account sign-in, if you choose to create an account.
• Resend -- delivers transactional email (order confirmations, replies to your contact form messages).

How long we keep information

Order records are kept indefinitely so you can view your order history and so we can assist with any future questions about a past order. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time -- see “Your rights” below.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and to keep you signed in if you have an account. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children’s privacy

PXLKID sells children’s apparel, but our store is intended to be used by parents and guardians -- we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Accounts and checkout are designed for an adult to complete.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
