Agreement to terms

By using PXLKID or placing an order, you agree to these terms. PXLKID is an independent, sole-proprietor business based in the United States, and these terms are governed by U.S. law.

Products and pricing

Every product is made to order via our print-on-demand partner, Printify -- nothing is pre-manufactured stock. Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time; the price at checkout is what you’ll be charged.

Orders and payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves. An order is confirmed once payment succeeds; production begins shortly after.

Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Production typically takes 3-5 business days, with delivery adding another 5-8 business days depending on destination. Full details are on our Shipping page.

Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge if reported within 14 days of delivery. Full details are on our Returns page.

Accounts

Creating an account is optional and lets you view your order history. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Checkout does not require an account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PXLKID for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt the site’s operation, or to place fraudulent orders.

Intellectual property

All character designs, artwork, names, and the Pixelia universe are the property of PXLKID. Purchasing a product gives you the physical item -- it does not grant any right to reproduce, resell, or otherwise use the artwork or characters commercially.

Limitation of liability

PXLKID is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the order itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
