BLOOP lives at the still end of the Pixelia reservoir, where the water holds its shape long enough to see the bottom. Nothing there moves fast, and BLOOP likes it that way.

When the rest of the Pals are talking over each other, BLOOP is the one who notices the thing everybody missed. That's Focus Boost: not going quiet, but going deep. Kids who think before they answer usually spot themselves in BLOOP right away.
